Where do I get my RitmosCard?
Ask any teacher for your RitmosCard.
Can I give my RitmosCard to someone else?
NO. The RitmosCard is personal and non-transferable.
What happens if I forget my RitmosCard at home?
If you forget your card at home we will give you a newBut it is important that you don't forget to bring it with you, as the only way to accumulate points is to give a teacher the card completely filled in. And in case it had crossed your mind, you can't transfer points from one card to another. Nor will points be allocated on another day if you forget to bring your card.
What happens if I lose my RitmosCard?
If you lose your card we will give you a newbut try not to lose it as you will lose the points accumulated on that card.
What do I do once I have completed a RitmosCard?
Each time you complete a card you must save it to redeem or accumulate points.
You will be given a new RitmosCard so that you can continue to accumulate points.
How do I redeem my points for a prize?
When you want to exchange your Ritmos Points for a prize you have to inform the teachers. They will manage your prize.
Can I give my Points Rhythms as a gift to someone else?
NO. Rhythm Points are all yours and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
Do Rhythm Points have an expiry date?
NO. Rhythm Points do not expire.
If I pay for individual lessons, can I get my RitmosCard?
Of course! if you pay for individual lessons you can have your own RitmosCard.
How do I get my points when I mention @ritmoslanzarote on Instagram?
To get this point you first have to mention us in an instagram story and then go to the teachers, they will make sure that the mention is done correctly and then you will get your point.
If I forget my card, can the points be assigned on another day?
NO. It is the student's responsibility to bring the card to school so that points can be allocated on the day he/she comes to dance or performs an action that will earn points.
